 BREATH, COLOUR AND ART WORKSHOP

A workshop designed to inspire prana, life force energy, and facilitate wellbeing using yogic breathing exercises, colour and art.

Participants will engage in yogic breathing exercises designed to calm the mind and settle the nervous system before learning about the power of colour to enhance and elevate mood. They will then take their colour inspiration forward into art making, creating a unique piece of art work.
