In August's session, we explored some nurturing flow postures designed to loosen the body. This session expands on the chair postures to include the whole body.
Follow along this 15 minute video, stretching out in some simple exercises areas of the body which get tight.
These are postures that you can do at the start of a busy day, or as a pick me up at lunchtime, or even to wind down before bed. Find what feels right for you and enjoy some yummy stretching.
Have a mat handy, and go at your own pace.
You might also want to create a nurturing space at home too, playing relaxing music, and making time to unwind in any way you like.
